This past April, volunteers participating in the Blue Urban Up & Out Cleanup at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club removed an incredible 850 pounds of debris from our local waters and shorelines. 

Now, Letts Dive is teaming up with the Florida Marine Aquarium and our partner, the Blue Urban Project, to do it again—and this time, we are tackling the Bay Fishing Pier at Fort De Soto Park on Saturday, July 18th!

Every piece of trash removed helps protect marine life, preserve our waterways, and keep our local ecosystems healthy for future generations. Whether you're a beach walker, kayaker, or a dedicated diver, we need your help to make a difference.

• Location: Bay Fishing Pier, Fort De Soto Park (3500 Pinellas Bayway S, Tierra Verde, FL 33715)
• Meet Location: Pavilion next to the pier
• Meet Time: 8:00 AM | Splash Time: 9:00 AM

Calling All Divers!!

To safely and effectively clear debris from under and around the pier, Letts Dive needs 15 experienced certified divers who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 25 logged dives.
• Dive Length: 90 minutes (Plan to surface with no less than 500 PSI).
• Depths: Shallow water operation (3' to 6').
• Required Gear: Dive gloves and a wetsuit or rash guard for protection.

Stay Hydrated! Summer temperatures will be high, so please bring plenty of water and sun protection.
