What You’ll Master

Course Requirements (SDI Standards)

Minimum Age: 18 years old.

Experience: * Provide proof of 40 logged dives.

Hold certifications in SDI Advanced Adventure (or equivalent), SDI Rescue Diver (or equivalent), and SDI First Response (CPR/First Aid/Oxygen Provider).

Physical Fitness: You must be in good physical condition and provide a medical professional's sign-off.
Professional Outcomes
Upon successful completion, you will be authorized to:

Lead: Supervise and guide boat or shore-based dives for certified divers.

Assist: Serve as a qualified assistant to an SDI Instructor during active training.

Teach: Conduct certain SDI programs independently (such as the Snorkeling and Inactive Diver/Refresher programs).

Commitment: This is a comprehensive program that includes classroom sessions, pool work, and open-water internships.

Deadlines: All eLearning and paperwork must be submitted prior to the start of the practical internship phase.
