Say hello to Lauren, the friendly face who keeps everything running smoothly here at Letts Dive! As our Administrative Assistant, she’s the first to help guests, support our team, and make sure every diver’s experience starts with a smile.

Lauren moved to Florida just seven months ago from Kansas City and brings with her a lifetime of adaptability as a proud military child, having grown up relocating often with both her dad and stepdad in the service. This background gave her a love for meeting new people, exploring new places, and staying flexible—qualities that shine through every day in the shop.

Outside of work, Lauren is all about family time with her husband, her 8-year-old daughter, and their energetic German Shorthaired puppy. She loves being outdoors, whether she’s reading in the sunshine, swimming, or exploring new parks and beaches.

Lauren has always been fascinated by the underwater world. Snorkeling is one of her favorite activities, and she’s excited to continue her journey into scuba—something she’s been eager to learn for years.

A passionate traveler, she loves exploring both the U.S. and abroad. Her favorite destinations so far include St. Thomas and Mexico, where she enjoys the sunshine, culture, and ocean as much as possible.

And when she’s not outdoors or traveling, Lauren is cheering on her favorite teams—she’s a big fan of hockey and football, and she loves catching games whenever she can.
