As the Operations Manager, Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of the organization. He serves as the central coordination point across all training programs, managing instructional staff schedules, personnel assignments, and facility readiness to ensure that every activity runs safely, efficiently, and predictably. His primary mission is to ensure that everything scheduled runs smoothly, on time, and fully prepared.  Alongside his leadership role, Mike is a full-time student at the University of South Florida, pursuing his degree in Geography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He combines his extensive background in high-level operational command with his current academic focus to translate disciplined logistical expertise into marine environments, professional diving standards, and coastal conservation efforts.
