Join us for a 2-tank charter as we team up with Aristakat charters in Venice! Search for shark teeth, maybe you will even find a meg tooth! Price includes tanks and weights. Stop by the shop for your rental needs! Make sure you read the email or check times on the charter posting for boat departure times; generally 8am, but sometimes it's different. We will meet 45 minutes prior to boat departure time. Departure Location is 301 East Venice Ave, Venice, FL, 34285. Don't forget to bring your mesh bag for your booty.

Join us in the Shark Tooth Capital of the world, as we search for Megalodon teeth!
We are teaming up with Captain Jamie and his crew from Aristakat Charters in Venice for a 2-tank dive! We have space for 6 divers! Bring your mesh bag for your treasures and get ready to hunt for meg teeth!
Minimum certification level required - Open Water Diver
This will be a relatively shallow dive 25-40ft (OW Divers welcome) and will last around 4 hours.
- Tanks and weights ARE included in this trip.
- If you choose to bring your own weights, make sure they are clearly marked.
- Nitrox and DIN tanks are not available.
You will receive an email from Letts Dive with specifics for your dive day, about 4 days prior to the dive.
- Certifications will be verified by Letts Dive when you sign up for the charter.
- Waivers will be emailed and collected the morning of the dive.
We will meet 301 East Venice Ave, Venice, FL 34285
Most of the charters have a 7:15 AM meeting time to get with the Letts Dive team leader before the dive to make sure that all the paperwork is squared away for the charter. OCCASIONALLY, we have an afternoon charter where we meet at 12:15pm to meet the Letts Dive team leader. Please make sure you know the meeting time for your trip.
The boat leaves the dock promptly at 8:00am for morning charters and 1:00pm for afternoon charters. If everyone is there early, the boat can leave earlier (and get back earlier)
If there is a different meet/departure time it will be included in the posting and in the email you will receive before the event.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
- Dive Gear - Rentals can be arranged at Letts Dive!! prior to dive.
- Towels, Sunscreen, Hats, Sunglasses
- Surface Marker Buoy
- Shark Tooth Bag - for collecting those goodies underwater!
- Waivers & Certification Card
- Tip money
- No refunds. Cancellations for store credit only.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the trip, you will not receive store credit unless the spot is filled by another paying customer.
- To request a different charter date, it must be done more than 7 days before the trip.

WARNING/DISCLAIMER:
- If you have not dove in 6 months or greater, this is not a dive to reacclimate you to diving. If you're not sure, you should talk to the shop about a ReActivate program or practice time in the pool before you do one of these charters.
- Complete and properly working Scuba gear is required/mandatory for this charter to include mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, dive computer, whistle, and surface marker buoy. A compass is also a recommended tool for you to have for this dive.
- Understand that we, Letts Dive, always recommend for you to dive with a buddy. On this dive, you and your buddy may get separated due to visibility of the Gulf and due to you stirring up the bottom while looking for teeth. You and your buddy need to review and agree on the procedure you are going to follow if you lose your buddy during the dive.
