Helen has been exploring the underwater world since 2006 and has logged 600+ dives across a wide range of environments. Her diving journey is truly global—she began diving in Italy, became a Divemaster in Bahrain, and completed her Instructor training in the United States.
Helen’s favorite teaching areas include cold-water diving, underwater photography, and working one-on-one with divers who have previously struggled or had challenging learning experiences. She is known for her patient, calm approach and her ability to help students build confidence at their own pace.
Outside of diving, Helen enjoys a variety of creative hobbies including leatherwork, woodworking, fiber arts, and photography. She shares her life with her husband, Ryan, and their two German Shepherds, Luke and Zeus.
Fun Fact: Helen has earned dive certifications on three different continents.
